This edition focused on driving innovation across the following main areas:

Digital Transformation By leveraging technology to transform business operations through AI, machine learning, optimized B2B journeys, data intelligence, resource monitoring, and customer loyalty solutions.
Routal
The pilot

Routal is a Spanish start-up providing AI-powered software to optimize logistics and field operations. Founded in 2015, its platform learns from historical operational data to improve efficiency and accuracy, supporting multinational companies in optimizing logistics processes at scale.

The main objective of the project was to demonstrate the benefits of using Routal service to optimize the distribution of Prio Gas Lisboa cylinders. The second phase aimed to gather sufficient evidence of the improvements achieved and to demonstrate a return on investment that proved relevant benefits for PRIO’s remaining distributors. The third phase focused on communicating these results to other distributors, sharing the experience with PGL and encouraging their adoption of the solution.

Brands & Ninjas
The pilot

Brands&Ninjas is a Portuguese retail tech company that delivers real time point of sale visibility for brands and retailers, helping predict demand, detect stockouts, and optimize in store execution through data driven insights. The platform helped PRIO understand how its service stations were performing — including station quality, equipment functionality, marketing execution, and other relevant aspects — as well as how its gas bottle resale points were presented.
